Patch 1.07 for The Witcher 3 is dropping in the next 24 hours

As you probably already know, I’ve been playing The Witcher 3. A lot. It’s definitely my favourite game of 2015 so far, and I’m predicting it might still be by the end of it (Fallout 4 verdict pending). That’s not to say that it hasn’t had its fair share of bugs – oh boy, are there bugs – but CD Projekt RED has been hard at work getting Patch 1.07 for The Witcher 3 out the door. It seems your patience is about to pay off as CDPR community lead, Marcin Momot, announced that the new patch is going to be live within the next 24 hours. The Witcher 3 expansions estimated to be as big as The Witcher 2

I haven’t posted in awhile and there’s a semi-decent, not-really-good-at-all reason: I’ve been playing The Witcher 3. As you’ve no doubt read, it’s probably one of the current favourites to get Best RPG honours, if not Game of the Year, thanks to its immersive, nuanced story and side quests and simply the size of the game. As was announced with the game itself, The Witcher 3 is actually due to get even bigger, with two planned expansions to be released by CD Projekt RED.
