Twitch Plays Halo is ambitious, but surprisingly not completely rubbish

The whole “Twitch Plays” craze has amused the Internet for quite some time now, spawning all sorts of unusual ways to either interact with a game as a collective, or watch a fish direct how a game unfolds. The latest game to get the “Twitch Plays” treatment is the original Halo, and so far, the Twitch Plays Halo effort is actually surprisingly impressive. Unfortunately, it appears they’ve hit a temporary roadblock as they need to enter the Warthog, but the parser controlling the motions filters each command individually, meaning any even multiples of the press “e” (used for entering and exiting vehicles) are causing the Master Chief to end up outside of the vehicle once again. Still, as with all things “Twitch Plays”, it’s probably not healthy to continue watching it for hours on end – we’ll be sure to check in every few days however.
