Ubisoft releases new ‘Revolution’ gameplay trailer for Assassin’s Creed Unity

The Assassin’s Creed franchise is possibly one of the most defining game franchises of our generation and the next chapter in the story, Assassin’s Creed Unity, set to be released soon. Ubisoft has just yesterday released a new gameplay trailer titled ‘Revolution’, which helps set the setting in which you will be playing; Paris in 1973, right in the midst of the French Revolution. Check out the trailer below:

The trailer features the new hero in Unity, Arno, who presumably fights on the side of the revolutionaries. It might be a bit early to say (though it did win 50 award nominations at E3), but Assassin’s Creed Unity looks like it has really been fine tuned; one thing I noticed from the trailer was the more fluid camera following Arno as he ran, rather than the stoic camera in past games (I will mention that I haven’t played an Assassin’s Creed game since Revelations, however). All the same, it looks like Assassin’s Creed Unity is shaping up to live up to its namesake.

Assassin’s Creed Unity is expected to be released on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, PC and Wii-U.
